10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Lawb (including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, and layout) are owned by Lawb or licensed to Lawb, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Payment and Billing

11.1 Fees

Certain features of Lawb may require payment. You agree to pay all fees according to your chosen plan and payment schedule.

11.2 Refunds

Refund policies are detailed in our separate refund policy. Generally, subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lawb and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
